We’re an egalitarian synagogue affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. Women are counted as part of the minyan and otherwise are encouraged to fully participate in all religious services, as well as all other aspects of synagogue life.
We have an active Men’s Club, which is affiliated with the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs, and a Women’s Club, which has chosen to remain unaffiliated for now.
Shabbat morning services are held every Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. They usually are preceded by a study class that begins at 8:45 a.m. and is led by our rabbi (these sessions currently are on hiatus). Services are followed by a kiddush and luncheon, at which everyone is welcome. We often engage in interesting discussions and spirited singing—both during services and at the kiddush/luncheon that follows— creating a true sense of community.
But see for youself. Spend a Shabbat with us.
